Zweiflingen first mentioned 1230 probably evolved of an alemannish colony before 500, is located in one of the most beatuiful and fertile areas of the Hohenloher Ebene.
The drove and grazing right borders between Orendelsall were in the 16 th century still controversial and were stipulated in 1577. In the year 1230 the name of the commune was registered as Zwivelingen. It consisted of 29 houses and 24 barns.
