The borough is located around 8 km to the north of Öhringen.
The boundary is, compared to the community size, very large and is situated within the Hohenlohekreis at the transition of the Hohenloher Ebene to the landscape aruond Kocher and Jagst.
This applies also to the climatic aspect. The west part of the community with Eichach is predominantly surrounded by forests and milder than the eastern part, which is more likely to get frost damage. Pomiculture is therefore found basically in the milder west territory. As a result of the advantageous climate and the numerous woodlands summer guests find to an increasing degree their way to Zweiflingen.
